ITT Lowara AND Flygt TOGETHER AT MOSTRA CONVEGNO EXPOCOMFORT 2008 IN MILAN
ITT Lowara and Flygt will exhibit together at the 36th edition of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Milan, one of the most important European trade fairs in the heating, plumbing and conditioning sectors. ITT Corporation, a leading international manufacturer and developer of pumps, will be exhibiting at Expocomfort 2008 in a stand covering almost 300 m² with two of its group companies: Lowara and Flygt.
Being under the same ITT umbrella, Lowara and Flygt will be offering their customers complete and integrated solutions for complex systems.
The specific issue that the company wishes to highlight with this stand is the meaning of the ITT tagline: “Engineered for life”, by paying particular attention to the energy-saving and environmental compatibility factors incorporated into the solutions proposed to its customers.
In this sense, the exhibition stand includes a large area reserved for new products, divided by application, combined with an intelligent balance of natural elements: fountains and gardens for residential applications, a desert area for submersible pumps, a special zone for drain and sewer pumps combining Lowara and Flygt products, and area commercial buildings featuring variable-speed booster units.
There are also moments of entertainment and involvement of the international public: a great performance by a famous illusionist, together with his assistants, is presented several times a day and the show also includes interaction with the public.
The products on display include the new Lowara Z6 series of stainless-steel pumps supplying of water for irrigation, parks, sports areas, golf courses and municipal aqueducts, as well as the new high-pressure model Z6D.
Also on show is the new generation of Hydrovar® variable-speed converters, the ideal solution for top-level installations requiring perfectly safe and reliable systems with elevated performance characteristics.
Also of great interest is the new LW series of 6” to 12” submersible motors for water supplies, boosting, irrigation, rainwater collection and fire-fighting systems.
The SHO series of Lowara pumps made from pressed stainless steel 316, is ideal for civil and industrial applications due to its long lifetime and minimum contamination levels.
Thanks to wide variety of products and brands, ITT operates at international level in the fields of building techniques, water handling and treatment, and the disposal of waste water. To satisfy the requirements of the “water market”, ITT focuses on developing and implementing innovative technologies.
Efficient pumps control and adjustment systems assure safe, reliable and economic use of water.
